Volunteer Information

Game Day Support: Every family is responsible for signing up at least three (3) game day support volunteer slots for the season. You can sign up by using the SignUpGenius link that has been sent via email and posted to the Band app.

Additional detail about the various game day volunteer jobs can be found here.

If you sign up to do JV meal assistance, you can find additional information here.

Further meal assistance directions for JV and Varsity will be provided by the Booster Club VP Emily Schultz.

Black and Silver Picnic – Saturday, August 16: We still need volunteers to plan the Black and Silver picnic. If you are interested in volunteering to lead the planning, details on the responsibilities can be found here.

We also need volunteers for individual tasks at the picnic, such as providing and setting up tables, snacks, coolers, etc. You can sign up for these tasks by using the SignUpGenius link that has been sent via email and posted to the Band app.

Game Day Player Drink and Snack Donations: Separate from the game day volunteer tasks, we ask each family to sign up for two (2) game day player drink and snack donation slots. We supply players with drinks and snacks at each game (Varsity at halftime; JV & Freshman after the game). This is only possible because of donations from our families. Due to limited storage space we will have 2 drop off dates for this season’s donations:

  • Drop off #1 – Saturday, August 16th (At the Black & Silver Picnic)
  • Drop off #2 – Tuesday, September 2nd at the Booster Club Meeting at 6:30 pm in Coach Soul’s classroom 704

You can sign up by using the SignUpGenius link that has been sent via email and posted to the Band app.

Freshman Team Mom Needed: We have team Moms for our Varsity and JV teams, but we still need a Team Mom for our Freshman team. If you’re interested, you can learn more about the responsibilities here.

Physicals Are Required

In order for athletes to be eligible to play this fall (and any sport in 2025-26), they need an updated physical form on file, completed after April 15th, 2025.

Here is a link to the MHSAA Athletic Physical Form that needs to be completed.

Physicals must be submitted and approved in Big Teams Student Central: www.studentcentral.bigteams.com.

  • Both a parent and student are required to create separate accounts.
  • Each account must have a unique email or mobile number.
  • This is where you upload your player’s medical physical and complete other necessary sign ups for PCCS.

Equipment will not be issued to anyone without a physical on file (JV/Var: July 28th, Freshmen: July 30th).

Moms Football Clinic

Registration Open: 3rd Annual Wildcats Moms Football Clinic

Join us for our 3rd Annual Wildcats Moms Clinic on Wednesday, August 6th. This has become one of our program’s favorite events over the last two years, and we are excited to bring the fun back again to kick off the 2025 football season! We are excited to open it up to Moms of players on all three levels this year, including Varsity, JV, and Freshman! Moms, please sign up using the link that was sent via email and posted to the Band app to participate. Registration must be completed by July 18th to guarantee a t-shirt. Proceeds from the Moms Clinic will benefit to the Booster Club. Come join us for an evening of drills and skills with our boys and coaches, followed by a post-game celebration at Mavericks.

Sunshine Clinic

We are coordinating with the Livonia Churchill football program to host the Sunshine clinic on Friday, July 25th (6-8pm). For over a decade, the Sunshine clinic has provided an opportunity for children with special needs and their families the chance to experience the beautiful game of football firsthand. Plymouth and Churchill players and cheerleaders will lead the campers through football drills in a wonderful event. Please see Coach Soul’s Band post for more information.
