The Plymouth Rotary Club is in need of player volunteers to help with the annual Fall Fest Chicken Dinner on Sunday, Sept. 7.

Action Required: 2025 Sponsor Brochures
On July 29, each athlete received three (3) sponsorship brochures to distribute to local businesses in our community. The goal is to help secure support for the upcoming 2025 Plymouth Wildcats Football season.
Only 19 players have handed out all three of these brochures. Please be aware that the coaches will receive a list of which athletes handed out three or more pamphlets, so they’re aware of everyone’s participation.
We are asking each athlete to personally deliver their brochures to local businesses. After handing out each brochure, they must log the details of the visit using the link that has been sent via email and posted to the Band app.
Before visiting any businesses, please have your athlete the “Visited Business List” spreadsheet to ensure the business hasn’t already been visited by another player. The link to the spreadsheet has been sent via email and posted to the Band app.
Please perform this outreach as soon as possible, as businesses must finalize their sponsorship commitments by August 15.
Action Required: RSVP for the Black and Silver Picnic extended to end of day today (Monday, August 11th)
The Black and Silver Picnic is coming up on Saturday, August 16! Please remember to RSVP that you and your family are coming and sign up to bring something! The Black and Silver Picnic is a great day to meet other Plymouth families, eat together, and watch some great Plymouth football! Please RSVP by the end of day, Monday August 11th so we can have an accurate count for food.

Action Required: Yard Signs and Car Decals – Orders due Wednesday, August 13th
Lawn signs and car decals are now available to order! Yard signs are $20 and can be personalized with your athlete’s last name. Car decals are just $5. Orders are open now through Wednesday, August 13. Reserve yours and get payment details by filling out the form that has been sent via email on August 11, 2025.
